If a club wins seven of its nine games, they will most likely advance to the semifinals. When teams are deadlocked on points, total wins will be used as the next tiebreaker. The second factor to consider when splitting teams is the net run rate.

The ICC has reserved a day for the semi-final and event championship matches. According to the ICC, “should they need to be taken, matches on reserve days will take place a day after their originally scheduled match date.”

ICC World Cup 2023 Cash Awards.

The ICC has announced a USD 10 million, or about Rs 83 crore, total prize pool for the 2023 ODI World Cup. The International Cricket Council (ICC) states that the champions of the upcoming ODI World Cup will get USD 4 million, or about Rs 33 crore, in prize money, while the runners-up will receive USD 2 million, or approximately Rs 16 crore.
